The APSI may at any time by a resolution passed in an Extraordinary General Body Meeting called for this purpose be wound up and dissolved by a decision of atleast 3/5 of the Members present and voting. In that, even the books and records of the APSI shall be disposed of in accordance with the directions of the Council and all other property of the APSI shall be transferred to such body or bodies whether incorporated or not as shall be specified by the resolution for winding up, provided that such body has or have objects analogous to the objects of the APSI. If no such body or bodies be specified by the resolution, then the said property of the association shall be transferred to such body or bodies as may be determined by a Judge of the High Court of Justice having jurisdiction in regard to charitable funds and, if and so far as effect cannot be given to such provision, then to some charitable objects.
