Purpose – Identify and Endorse centres for subspecialties in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery for a period of three years. APSI is a facilitator between the units and trainees. This will help the trainees and just passed plastic surgeons, students to identify centres for short term observership/ Fellowships. The rules and regulation for observership/fellowship will be as per the protocols laid by the centre. The APSI does not recommend and will not charge the institutes or the students. These centres will be displayed on the APSI Website. Regular feedback will be sought from the trainees after they finish their visit. It will also be passed on to the Unit heads. A common certificate will be made to be given to the candidate which can be used to submit in their respective institutions.
The candidates will maintain a log book and take signature from the unit head Centre Eligibility criteria for Institutes.

Centres with high volume and state of the art work in any of the following. Each centre can apply for one or more subspecialties for APSI endorsement.
